Dear Moose Hill Friends and Families,

I really enjoyed spending time these past few months reading many special stories to all our students in the classrooms and remotely in our Google Meet sessions. We have gone through some fun and exciting adventures together and have learned so many things about books and literature. We have learned the physical parts of a book, the authors and illustrators, the characters and settings, the beginning/middle/end of a story, the theme or moral lesson, and how each story can make us feel and think about ourselves, others, and the world around us. We are all evolving readers and my hope is that your love of exploring books and reading stories continues especially over vacation!

As the month of December comes to an end, have fun celebrating your special holiday with your family and/or just enjoy quality time with those you love. Have a safe, healthy, and happy New Year!

Hi friends and welcome to the Moose Hill Library!

I hope everyone had a fun summer and are ready for a memorable school year. I am excited to see you and share the many stories and activities I have available for you and your friends. Each week I will visit you in your classroom or remote setting where we will discover literature that will help us grow into more responsible, caring, creative, independent and unique learners.

So get ready to go on many amazing adventures together as we learn more about ourselves, other people, different places, imaginary and real life things, and our beautiful historical culturally diverse world.
