The purpose of Job's Daughters International is to develop girls and young women (ages 10 to 20) into leaders through:

• Citizenship - We provide the framework through which our members actively engage in their communities.
• Leadership - We provide the opportunity for girls of all ages to learn leadership and project management skills that will serve them as they grow, develop and become the leaders of tomorrow.
• Friendship - We provide a safe and fun environment where strong, life-long friendships are built.

There are more than 10,000 Job's Daughters in 700 Bethels worldwide. Members of Job's Daughters share an international sisterhood with girls across the United States, Canada, Australia, the Philippines and Brazil.

The official philanthropy of Job's Daughters International is the HIKE Fund (Hearing Improvement Kids' Endowment). Through support of this fund, members of Job's Daughters from around the world have raised over $4 million to help hearing-impaired children receive hearing aids and other devices to help them learn and develop. We are kids helping kids.
