A recored /compliation to all assignment in this modual

This week, we prepared slides for our Spatial Design 2 final assignment and brainstormed how to create a video for the project. Since this is the final week of our Spatial Design 2 course, we need to complete the video for the space. However, we've encountered some significant challenges, due to large file sizes, when we are rendering images and videos it caused our laptops to lag and made the process difficult. Also ,while working on the slides, I realized that we needed to include more details in the space for the slide. We added these details, but in the process, I struggled to identify the correct names for some of the equipment.
This week, our project made significant progress, with most of the basic modeling nearing completion. We only need to combine the individual elements. Initially, we planned to use spatial.io for collaboration, but it required an upgrade to collaborate effectively. So we at last we decided to use Blender, where everyone did their 3D modeling, and one of the team members, Takato, will handle the task of combining everything together. In this part, I am responsible for creating the 3D modeling of the floor plan with the reception part and also the washroom part and share the file with the group.
However, the outcome so far doesn't meet our expectations. We realized that the space might need some changes, particularly with the wall color, which is too light and makes the space look a little off.

This week, we presented our space and application design to Mr. Yusri and a madam from Taylor's Impact Lab. After the presentation, Mr. Yusri updated us on the final exhibition and pitching changes, also emphasizing our need to understand our product more deeply. This feedback has shown areas where our knowledge and communication about the project could be improved.
Next week, on Wednesday, we will have a private consultation with Mr. Yusri to discuss our assignment in more detail and receive guidance on how to enhance it. I think that this meeting will be a good opportunity for us to address any uncertainties and refine our approach.
Update on assignment:
Application: About 75% complete; we still need to finish some pages and the prototype function. This stage has been challenging, particularly in ensuring the functionality aligns with our design goals and we also found out that we are lacking pages.
Space: The floor plan is confirmed, and we are now moving on to the modeling phase.
In this week's classes, the lecture focused on "Ideate for Inclusivity," which covered what inclusivity is and why it is important. The lecture also included information on ideation and some tips for it. We discussed the process of creating a product and conducting research, including how we should approach it and what steps we can take.
For today's class activity, we gathered in our groups to draw the floor plan for a hospital (physiology center) and present it to the lecturer. During the ideation process at the whiteboard, our team faced some challenges, such as whether to include places like consultation rooms since the initial floor plan felt very empty and boring. We had a discussion about this issue and decided to include consultation rooms for it.
At the end of the class, we divided the work: two people will be working on the floor plan, and in the next class, we will confirm and finalize it while the other two finalize the application based on the wireframe we made.

Ideation process
This week we are having an Independent Learning Week (ILW). However, we have scheduled a meeting to discuss our plans and timeline. During this week, we aim to sketch at least three ideas per person for the floor plan, outlining how we want the space to look. After that, we will choose one of the designs or combine elements from all of them for the final floor plan.

This week, we have no classes due to a public holiday. However, we are working on the wireframe for the application and creating the Artsteps for it.

In today's class, Mr. Yusri introduced us to a platform (website) called Artsteps, which allows us to create things like the metaverse suing it. And also he wanted us to insert images and videos from our Assignment 1 case study project into it. After this, we started on our group discussion on what we wanted to include inside Artsteps and the layout (floor plan) of it also with the task distribution. However, after this Mr yusri have brief a little on our assignment 2 so we began brainstorming ideas for our Assignment 2 on the physiological space, including what we can include and searching for some inspiration for the space and some rough ideas for the application as well.

Today in class, Mr. Yusri talked to us about what an inclusive space is and why it is important. He discussed what an inclusive space can achieve and the future of inclusive spaces. After Mr. Yusri talk, we started our presentations straight away. During the presentations, I had gain the opportunity to learn more about different real-world inclusive designs in both products and spaces presented by my classmate, which was very new and interesting to learn about. Overall, this class gave me a good opportunity to deepen my understanding of inclusive design.
Over the past 4 weeks, we have started on our group assignment by forming groups as assigned by Mr. Yusri. In our group, we divided tasks to prepare a presentation on a real-world case study focusing on an inclusive project. This experience has been enlightening as it allowed me to collaborate with my peers, understand the different perspectives on inclusivity, and doing our own role for the presentation. Working on this project has also deepened my appreciation for the importance of inclusivity in project planning and execution.
