Mission 

As your mayor, I will prioritize the following:

1. Budget Transparency & Accountability– There will be no more hidden expenses or unnecessary travel costs. Every tax dollar will be accounted for and spent wisely on what truly matters: safer neighborhoods, stronger infrastructure, and opportunities for our people.

2. Safer Communities– We will prioritize reducing crime through stronger partnerships with community police, youth programs that provide hope and direction to our young people, and better resources to support families.

3. Economic Growth & Real Jobs– Kinston needs businesses that provide lasting employment, not just temporary fixes. I plan to attract industries that invest in our city and offer fair wages. At the same time, I will support our small businesses—the heartbeat of our economy—by providing resources, grants, and training opportunities.

4. Lowering the Burden on Citizens– High taxes and utility bills are burdensome for families. I will work to lower unnecessary costs and negotiate fairer energy practices so that people can keep more of their hard-earned money.

5. I will be that Mayor Who Listens– Most importantly, I will govern with open ears and doors. This is about partnership, not politics. I will listen to the people, host regular town halls, and ensure that every voice in Kinston has a place at the table.
