Welcome to Moore Equine App, operated by Moore Equine LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and any other policies or rules incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. User Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App in accordance with the following rules:

·         You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

·         You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

·         You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

4. Listings

The App allows sellers to list horse goods and real estate for sale. Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information about their listings. You agree not to:

·         Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings.

·         Violate any local, state, or national laws in relation to your listings.

Sellers can mark a listing as "sold," and the buyer will be notified. All transactions are handled manually, and we do not process payments or ensure delivery of goods. We are not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers.

5. Reviews

Both buyers and sellers can leave one review per listing. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.

6. Subscription

The App offers a subscription service that allows users to add listings. Free users may only view listings but cannot add their own. Subscription fees are outlined within the App and are subject to change. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and payment is required in advance for the subscription period.

7. Payments

Payments for subscriptions and listings are done manually. You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made correctly and on time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

·         Violating any laws or regulations.

·         Posting harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.

·         Engaging in spamming or other unsolicited marketing practices.

·         Attempting to interfere with the App's operations or bypass security features.

·         Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any data associated with it.

10. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Moore Equine LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App’s content without prior permission.

11. Disclaimers

·         No Warranty: The App is provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or availability.

·         Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moore Equine LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and the updated Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
