本アプリ（月出没注意）は今日の月の出・月の入りの時間を軌跡で表示します。

本アプリケーションはアプリケーションのユーザが自ら地図上で指定した太陽系第三惑星地球上における緯度経度情報・高度・時差の設定情報をアプリケーションが独自に保存するプリファレンス領域に保存し、アプリケーション起動時にそれらを読み込むことでアプリケーションのユーザが希望する位置での月の出・月の入を自動的に表示するために使用します。プリファレンス領域のデータはAndroidの仕様により本アプリケーションのみがアクセス可能なスマートフォン上のストレージデバイスに保存されかつ参照されます。本アプリケーションは保存したプリファレンス情報を上述の目的のみに使用します。本アプリケーションは外部ストレージへのアクセス権（android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE）およびインターネットへのネットワーク通信権限（android.permission.INTERNET）を含む一切の権限を要求せず、保存した情報が外部の第三者に提供されることはありません。

本アプリケーションに広告表示機能は実装されていません。したがって本アプリケーションは下記の広告表示に関する要件のいずれにも該当しません。

• このようなユーザーに広告を表示する場合は、必ず Google Play 認定広告 SDK を使用すること。

• このようなユーザーに対して、パーソナライズド広告（「インタレスト ベース広告」とも呼ばれ、オンライン ブラウジング行動に基づき特定の特徴を持つ個々のユーザーをターゲットとする広告）や、リマーケティング（アプリやウェブサイトでの以前の操作に基づき個々のユーザーをターゲットとする広告）が表示されないこと。

• このようなユーザーに対して表示される広告が、子供に適したコンテンツを表示すること。

• このようなユーザーに対して表示される広告が、ファミリー向け広告フォーマットの要件を満たしていること。

• 子供への広告掲載に関して適用されるすべての法規制および業界基準を遵守していること。

本アプリケーションは子供の個人情報や機密情報を収集しません。本アプリケーションが認証情報、マイクやカメラのセンサーデータ、デバイスのデータ、Android ID、広告使用状況データ、広告 ID にアクセスすることはありません。

本アプリケーションは子供向けサービスでの使用が承認されていない API や SDK を利用していません。したがってGoogle ログイン（および、Google アカウントに関連付けられたデータにアクセスする各種 Google API サービス）や、Google Play ゲームサービス、OAuth テクノロジーを使用して認証や認可を行う各種 API サービスは使用していません。

本アプリケーションは拡張現実（AR）を使用していません。したがって子供による使用が推奨されていないデバイス（例: Daydream、Oculus）の使用をアプリの要件としていません。

本アプリケーションはアプリで呼び出しや使用が行われるすべての API および SDK を含め、米国の児童オンライン プライバシー保護法（COPPA）、EU の一般データ保護規則（GDPR）、その他適用されるすべての法規制を遵守しています。

This application (Watchout Moon) displays the time of today's moonrise and moonset with its orbit.

This application stores latitude and longitude information, altitude, and time difference settings on the Earth of the third planet of the solar system, which are specified by the application user on the map, in the application's own preference area, and reads them when the application starts. The data in the preference area is used to automatically display the moonrise and moonset at the user's desired location. The data in the preference area is stored and referred to in the storage device on the smartphone, which is accessible only by this application according to Android specifications. This application uses the stored preference information only for the purposes described above. This application does not require any permissions including access to external storage (android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) and network communication to the Internet (android.permission.INTERNET). INTERNET), so the stored information will not be provided to any external third party.

This application doesnot have any ads. Therefore, this application does not fall under any of the following requirements for displaying advertisements.

• If you wish to display ads to such users, be sure to use the Google Play Certified Ads SDK.

• Such users may be shown personalized ads (also known as "interest-based ads," which target individual users with specific characteristics based on their online browsing behavior) or remarketing (which targets individual users based on their previous actions in the app or website).
