This privacy policy applies to the Moonlight Survivors app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by burak hoşgör (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.
For a better experience, while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The Application collects and processes the following data:
Personal Information: Email address and User IDs provided via Google Sign-In for account authentication and management.
Financial Information: Purchase history and transaction records related to In-App Purchases (IAP) to verify and provide digital content.
App Activity: Interactions with the app (e.g., button clicks, level progress) collected via Firebase Analytics.
App Performance: Crash logs and diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app stability.
Device or Other IDs: Advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID) and device-specific identifiers used for advertising and analytics.
The Service Provider may share your information with third-party service providers to facilitate the Application's services and analyze how the Application is used. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

AdMob: Used for serving personalized and reward advertisements. Data is shared with ad providers to measure performance.
Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Auth): Used for performance monitoring, error reporting, and user authentication.
Unity: Used as the game engine and for core functionalities.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application.
Account Deletion: Under Google Play's policy, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data (e.g., email, user ID). To request data deletion, please contact us at burak_hosgor@hotmail.com.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers.
We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including encryption during data transfer. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
