The Friends of Moon Township Library

The Moon Township Library Friends' purpose as an organization is to promote the cultural, educational, technological and historical development of the community by supporting quality library service for Moon Township.

Through community involvement in fundraising, volunteerism and advocacy, we enhance the Moon Township Public Library to fulfill its literary, educational, technological and cultural purposes.

We provide funds for the extra needs of the Moon Library - purchasing shelving, furniture, funds for Battle of the Books, Summer Reading Club, Christmas Cozy kits, books for each MASD Kindergartener as they sign up for school and we participate in Moon School District's Homecoming. We sponsor various fundraisers throughout the year in order to achieve this goal and have a great deal of fun being a FRIEND.
