Moonju was the most helpful TA I have ever had in an Economics course. Her office hours turned into discussions with students and her on how to actually apply the concepts from lectures to question sets. She really helped communicate misunderstandings she noticed I had.
Moonju knows the content extremely well and was very cogent while describing extremely complex topics!
Moonju was awesome as a TA. Always made sure to be available to help and helped me understand how to actually solve problems and not just understand the theory behind.
Moonju has been extremely caring and respectful of all students. The nature of this class kind of negates the effects of diverse perspectives but she still created a supportive environment.

Honestly, Moonju is the best TA so far among the 4 graduate courses in the Fall semester. If all TAs are like her, the first year courses will be a lot more manageable. She’s the best.

Moonju not only covered the course material but constantly would reinforce and encourage the cohort. She went above and beyond to provide us with relevant material and was completely available to our questioning.
I have no suggestions to give because she did such a fantastic job. Moonju is the best TA I have ever had at any academic level and if every TA was like her the Econ department would be well-served. Seriously, give her a pay raise.
Moonju is the best TA I have ever had. She was great about providing practice problems the night before the TA session so you could work through them before she demonstrated the correct method. In addition, she was great about explaining any confusion regarding the material and answering questions.
She was great in terms of communication. She took the time to learn our names and made me feel heard during discussions and office hours.
Moonju is a very good TA. Both during her office hours and TA discussion sessions she has a good command of the material and is excellent at conveying that information. Moonju is always very prompt when reaching out and works very hard to ensure students understand the material.
I felt that the in person discussion sections and office hours were integral in my learning. Both helped complement the lecture during the week and allowed for students to apply the theoretical concepts to problems.
Moonju is a highly effective teacher. I would be extremely happy to have her as a TA again next semester, and have full confidence that future students will benefit from her discussions/office hours.
