11:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Optional Sandbar Party
Many guests will be arriving early to enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains and New Hampshire summer, and we’d love to kick off the weekend together.
Join us for a relaxed sandbar party on the Pemigewasset River—a gorgeous, sandy-bottom river just minutes from the wedding venue. Join us any time between 11:00am and 3:00pm at the Sahegenet Falls Recreation Area (1649 River Rd, Plymouth, NH 03264). Detailed Parking information can be found HERE.
A handicap-accessible ferry will be running continuously throughout the day to transport guests to and from the sandbar (approximately a 3-minute boat ride). Once there, enjoy games, drinks, snacks, and time on the water with us.
Bring your bathing suit and a fully stocked cooler—this is a BYOB event. Stay for the whole afternoon or just stop by for a bit. No RSVP required—we’d simply love to see you there.

6:00 – 9:00 PM | Welcome Party Cookout
Butterfly Hill (4470 River Road, Bristol, NH)
All guests are invited to join us for a casual backyard-style cookout following the rehearsal.
Come as you are—flip flops, shorts, and summer attire are all welcome. Enjoy great food, good company, and a beautiful riverside sunset as we gather to celebrate the start of the weekend.
Parking is available on-site, with additional overflow parking at the Mooney-Clark boat launch across the street. Car-pooling encouraged

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM | Guest Arrival & Shuttle Service
Guest parking will be located off-site at the Mooney-Clark boat launch, just across the street from the venue. Continuous shuttle service will be provided to transport guests to Butterfly Hill (approximately a 2–3 minute ride).
We recommend arriving closer to 3:30 PM to allow plenty of time for parking, shuttle transport, and getting settled before the ceremony.
Upon arrival at the venue, guests are welcome to enjoy the bar, which will be open with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available.
5:00 PM | Wedding Ceremony
Please be seated and ready for the ceremony to begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
The ceremony will be brief and held outdoors.
5:15 – 6:15 PM | Cocktail Hour
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour while the wedding party takes photos.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served, and the bar will remain open.
6:15 – 7:45 PM | Dinner & Toasts
Dinner will be served buffet-style. Guests are invited to eat, relax, and enjoy the evening as the sun begins to set over the river.
Toasts from the Best Men and Maid of Honor will take place toward the end of this time.
7:45 PM – Late | Reception & Dancing
As the sun begins to set, we’ll transition into a night of music, dancing, and celebration.
The bar will remain open throughout the evening (cash tips encouraged), and late-night snacks will be available for those who work up an appetite on the dance floor.
No set end time—come ready to celebrate.
9:00 – 11:00 AM | Optional Farewell Breakfast
Before heading out of town, we invite you to stop by Butterfly Hill one last time for a relaxed farewell breakfast.
Join us for fresh breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and light fare as we recap the weekend, reminisce, and take in one last view of the river together.
The bride and groom will be on the grill, serving up breakfast as a small thank you for celebrating with us. Whether you stay for a while or just swing by on your way out, we’d love to see you and say goodbye.
If you find yourself lingering a bit longer, we certainly won’t mind the extra company.
