Rachel is the founder of Moon Caster LLC, a thoughtfully curated metaphysical and wellness shop rooted in intention, integrity, and care. 

Rachel has spent years supporting others through some of life's most vulnerable and transformative moments. Her 22 years of clinical experience have shaped her deep respect for the body and the importance of evidence-based care.  Simultaneously, her lifelong interest in energy work, crystals, and spiritual wellness led her to create a space where science and spirituality can co-exists-without pressure or extremes. 

Moon Caster was born from Rachel's desire to offer a grounded, welcoming environment where people can explore mindfulness, ritual, and self-care in a practical and accessible way. Every product is selected by her and is intentional to support grounding, reflection, empowerment, wellness, and personal growth.

Rachel believes wellness is multi-faceted-physical, emotional, and spiritual-and that true balance comes from honoring all aspects of ourselves. Through Moon Caster LLC, she invites others to slow down, reconnect, and build rituals that feel authentic and supportive to their own journey.
