Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the MoodPet application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
• Log your daily moods and emotions • Raise and care for a virtual pet that responds to your mood patterns • Track habits and maintain wellness streaks • View insights and analytics about your mood trends • Play minigames with your virtual pet • Practice gratitude journaling • Access breathing exercises for relaxation User Responsibilities You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and app data. • All activities that occur within the App on your device. •Ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations. • Understanding that mood tracking and wellness features are for personal use only and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Medical Disclaimer: MoodPet is designed for general wellness and mood tracking purposes only. It is NOT intended to be a substitute for: • Professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • Mental health counselling or therapy. • Emergency services or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a mental health professional immediately. In-App Purchases: The App offers optional in-app purchases, including but not limited to premium pet skins and subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to its respective terms and conditions. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. Advertisements: The free version of MoodPet may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed. Premium subscriptions may remove advertisements. Intellectual Property All content, design, graphics, and other materials within the App are the intellectual property of MoodPet and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit written permission. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodPet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the App. • Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers. • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App. • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App. Data and Privacy: Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information. Termination: We may terminate, suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
