By using Mood Mosaic, you agree to the following:

1. Personal Use
   Mood Mosaic is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. No Guarantee
   Mood Mosaic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all streaks, reminders, or mosaics will function without error.

3. Notifications
   If enabled, local push notifications may be sent to remind you to log your mood. You may disable these at any time in your device’s settings.

4. Intellectual Property
   Mood Mosaic, including its design, name, and branding, is owned by Niamh Coleman 2025. You may not copy or redistribute the app without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of Mood Mosaic.

6. Changes
   We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be made available in the App or on our website (if applicable).
