This document is an agreement between the user and the Société Solution TechnoPro regarding the conditions associated with the use of the service. It contains all the necessary information for the use of the service, some of which were provided by the SOLUTION TECHNOPRO. The user must carefully read all the terms and the conditions of use of the service before anything else. In the event of use of this service or any access, the user accepts and agrees to all the terms and the conditions set out in this agreement. If, at any time, the user does not accept them or cannot accept them, he must stop accessing the service or uninstall it.
Functions provided by the service
The Solution TechnoPro does not guarantee in any way the proper transmission and a smooth distribution of the service. In due course, it notifies the user and will not be liable for the consequences. She will not be responsible for the following reasons:
The user has not received the notification (s) or has been received after the authorized parking period;
if the information is inaccurate or incorrect.
The indications relative to the statutory signaling, visible near any parking place, make the pricing and/or regulation in force and take precedence over any other information. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the parking ban has not been replaced by the chosen location.
Unavailability of the service
Although the Solution TechnoPro is making every effort to ensure this, the service may not be available for an indefinite period. This unavailability can be explained by technical difficulties or connections, technological incompatibilities, breakage, bad weather or situations beyond the control of the Solution TechnoPro.
In case of such an event, the user remains responsible at all times for checking the parking signs in order to avoid receiving a ticket.
Exemption from warranty and limitation of liability
According to the law applicable by law, the Solution TechnoPro does not guarantee and cannot affirm that this service will meet the needs of the user or will be automatically compatible with an electronic device (cellular, iPad, notebook, PC,...) or with any software that does not belong to the Solution TechnoPro.
In addition, the Solution TechnoPro cannot be responsible for a service interruption, whether of a definite or indefinite duration, predictable or unpredictable, as well as errors or problems related to the service. It cannot guarantee to the user that these inconveniences are solved, just as repairs to the service can take definite or indefinite time.
Where applicable, remedies are put in place as provided for in the agreement between the user and the Solution TechnoPro. Exclusive, they are the mark of commitment of the Solution TechnoPro towards the user and they can take the form of guarantees, explicit or implicit, validated by the facts or by the law.
In addition, verbal or written statements, or otherwise, are not included in these remedies: implied warranties of merchantability, availability, performance, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, quality of satisfaction, the respect of the description and the absence of counterfeit.
If the Solution TechnoPro is required to pay the user damages, it will be limited to 10$ maximum. The user accepts this condition as soon as the agreement is accepted and signed between the Solution TechnoPro and him.
Amendment of the agreement
The Solution TechnoPro may amend this agreement or any related article in whole or in part at any time. The user may refuse the modification and terminate this agreement without charge, as well as the penalty or cancellation fee by clicking on "Refuse" when the modification is communicated to him. The refusal of a modification by the user has the effect of suspending access to the service and its use.

For a better experience, while using our Service, Montreal Parking needs to access to your GPS location. This information isn’t shared to any third party or other services
General provisions
This agreement shall be interpreted and established in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada) and those of Canada, applicable to the contracts entered into between the residents of Québec and executed by them. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal, in the province of Quebec.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement subscription to the service, and it replaces any previous agreement between the user and the Solution TechnoPro with respect to the use of the service.
The user agrees not to assign or transfer this agreement and any rights and/or obligations provided to any third party without the prior written consent of the Solution TechnoPro, such consent shall be at the sole discretion of the Solution TechnoPro. No assignment or no delegation made by the user shall be discharged or released him from his obligations under this agreement or, any law or regulation. Subject to the foregoing, this agreement is enforceable against each of the respective stakeholders and their respective successors. It applies to the benefit of all these and can be executed by them. The Solution TechnoPro may unilaterally assign this agreement to a third party.
Nothing in this agreement shall constitute a partnership or joint venture between the user and the Solution TechnoPro.
If any particular provision of this agreement is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the provision will be deemed to be excluded from this agreement and will not affect the validity of this agreement as a whole.

2. How does PM work?
A. Find a parking spot
Depending on the parking period, the user will be able to find a spot in the nearest streets from his actual position and know the signage in real time. The 3D map indicate all kind of parking :
- Parking ban in red (parking time if applicable) ;
- Parking in green (parking time if applicable) ;
- Parking meters by a logo (rates, hours and maximal parking period) ;
The user will also be able to get informed on the parking availability in a specific area by entering an address or a postal code, or by a single click on the map. 3-How do I install the app on my iPad?
Just visit the App Store, use the search tool to find MONTREAL PARKING and then download the application.
3. Why do I need to grant access to Location Data?
When installing the app, you’ll receive a request to authorize PM to access your Location Data .Such access is required in order to:
- Show the parking area Map near your current position.
Location data isn’t shared to any third party or other services.
