1. What data we collect and process
(1) Data we collect (directly from users or through third parties)
i. Account registration information: When you create an account, we may collect your username, email address, mobile phone number, password, verification code and Open ID to help you create and manage your account so that you can use our Services, provide game login services and other purposes set out in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.
ii. Birthday. Where applicable, you may be required to provide us with your birthday when applying for birthday gifts or other benefits available on our Services. You can choose to provide us with your birthday in your user profile.
iii. Associated social media account information (third party). If you choose to log in to our Services through your social media account, we may receive your social media account information from the third-party social media provider. Such information obtained from the third-party social media provider will be added to your account information.
iv. Profile information. You can choose to create your profile in our Services (if any) by setting a nickname, creating your personal signature, uploading your avatar and other information (depending on the settings of our Services).
v. Game data. We process information about your game status, progress and usage statistics to provide you with feedback and information, and for other purposes specified in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.
vi. Chat data. If you use the chat function in our services (such as in-game chat), we may process communication records, and we will apply end-to-end encryption to protect your data.
vii. Malicious content information. Nickname, signature, chat data (only in text form); to ensure a harmonious and healthy network environment in the game, we collect the above information to avoid you from posting some remarks that may offend or disturb others through your signature, nickname or chat data in our services (violating the terms of service, such as pornographic content).
viii. User service information. When you seek our technical and/or customer service support and/or exercise any of your legal rights as a data subject, we may collect the information you provide when communicating with our support team.
ix. Survey information. If you participate in our survey, we will collect your survey responses.
x. Activity participation information. If you agree to participate in any activities organized by us (such as sweepstakes), we may collect your participation information, including your name, UID, email address, mobile phone number, nickname, country/region. If you win any prizes, you may also need to provide us with your mailing address so that we can send the prize to you. Your event participation information may be added to your account.
xi. Internet Protocol (IP) Address and Other Device Information.
xii. Advertising Information. Advertising ID and Select Device Information, we store the advertising ID and other device information for that advertisement with your personal data to track the success of our advertising and marketing programs. In addition, we may use your de-identified email address to track the success of our advertising and marketing programs after appropriate technical security measures (such as encryption and hashing) are taken to de-identify your email address, including email addresses collected from third-party social media providers when you log in through your social media account.
xiii. Payment Data. If you choose to make a purchase using your account, we may need to collect your payment data to process your purchase and related activities, which may include your name, bank/debit/credit card number, card expiration date, billing address (country, city, zip code, address), and CVV.
xiv. Other Information Required for Special Notice. For certain websites, applications or services we provide, we may collect additional information in addition to the information listed above. To ensure secure and stable operation, provide a fair gaming environment, prevent cheating, improve the functionality and quality of MonTrainers Unite services, and other purposes described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy, we may automatically collect data using mechanisms such as cookies, browser network storage, and application data cache. The categories of data we automatically collect include device-related data (including device ID, device name, device type/model, MAC address, IMEI data, CPU data, graphics card model, operating system version and language, time zone, screen DPI, device resolution, memory data, and graphics card model), data related to errors, bugs, crashes, and diagnostics (including registration/login time, game version, UID, stack traces, crash reports, abnormal process data), and other security-related data (including installed APK names, launch time, request and referral URLs, and system activity details, game-related plug-in and runtime data, and data related to external plug-ins). We also automatically collect data about your interactions with our services, such as the pages and other content you view, any content you post, and the date and time of your visit.
In specific circumstances, we may collect additional personal data in addition to the categories described here based on your consent or other legal bases. When this happens, we will provide more information about any changes in our collection or processing methods or purposes that are different or not expressly stated in the details of this Privacy Policy.
2. Why we collect and process your personal information

3. Advertising and Your Choices

5. Who can access your personal information

(1) Other in-game users of our services
Other users may access your in-game activities during group challenges, for example. Other users may also see your displayed data and read messages you post on or through our services. You acknowledge and agree that our services may also include message boards, communities, forums and/or other chat areas where users can exchange ideas or communicate with other users, and that any data you post to any communication area is publicly visible. We strongly recommend that all users avoid posting personal or sensitive data on or through our services at all times.
(2) Competent authorities
We may provide some of your personal information to government authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations. In addition, we may disclose certain of your personal data to a strictly limited range of recipients when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect us, our users or parts of the public.

6. Data Retention

10. Facebook information collection and removal instructions.
(1) When users use Facebook authorization to log in to the application, we will collect the user's email address and personal public information, mainly for creating accounts and providing personalized services.
(2) If the user deletes the game application or removes the application authorization in Facebook settings and privacy, we will delete all the user's information.
(3) If the user no longer uses Facebook authorization to log in, he or she can contact us (lhy19383880@gmail.com) to delete the Facebook authorization data content information of the application. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
11 Delete the account.
11.1 You may delete your account or delete certain personal information by logging into your Game account. If you believe that we process any other personal information that you would like us to delete, please send an email to [lhy19383880@gmail.com]
11.2 You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you if:
(a) you believe that we no longer need to hold such personal information;
(b) You believe that the personal information we hold about you is being processed unlawfully.
13.6.3 You may also exercise your right to restrict our processing of your personal information while we consider your request (as described below).
13.6.4 We may need to retain personal information if data protection law requires us to do so for legitimate reasons (for example, to defend legitimate claims or freedom of expression), but we will inform you if this is the case. If you ask us to delete personal information that has been made public on the Game Services and there is a reason to do so, we will take reasonable steps to try to tell other people who display the Personal Information or provide a link to the Personal Information to do the same.
