What is a probation period?

Does it need to be 60 days?

No. Some individuals are quick learners and can adapt to Montpelier's operations pretty quickly. In this case, if your immediate supervisor believes you have fully adjusted, they can recommend ending the probation period within the first twenty (20) days.
