Montessori Magnet at Batchelder has partnered with the Regional School Choice Office and our own Central Office to ensure that our students have access to transportaion to and from school.

For Hartford Resident:

Our primary goal is to provide safe and efficient transportation for Hartford Public School students and families. You will find information regarding transportation below.

Your child qualifies for transportation if:

GRADES K-1: Student lives 0.5 miles or more from enrolled school

GRADES 2-5: Student lives 1.0 miles or more from enrolled school

GRADES 6-8: Student lives 1.5 miles or more from enrolled school

If your child qualifies for transportation, please make sure to reach out to the school and verify a request has been put in. PK3 and PK4 Students do not qualify for transportation.

Visit RSCO Transportation for important transportation resources for families. You will find information on bus routes inclement weather policies, and transportation guidelines and all the forms that you need, including health forms, bus stop change request forms, and reimbursement forms (some families may be eligible for a transportation stipend for transporting their children to a choice school or program).
