If you want immersive, open-ear audio that keeps you aware of your surroundings while vlogging in busy streets, choose Monster Open Free AC100; if you need a secure, app-controlled fit with the latest Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity for intense workouts and deep bass, choose LAISANIM Sports Earphones. Both devices offer thirty hours of total playtime and advanced wireless features, but they solve completely different problems for the creator on the move.
• Monster Open Free AC100: Strengths lie in its painless open-ear design and AI noise-canceling microphones that isolate your voice from wind and traffic; the trade-off is that it cannot block external noise for you, which might distract some listeners.
• LAISANIM Sports Earphones: Strengths include a secure in-ear seal, IPX7 water resistance for heavy sweat, and a companion app for custom sound profiles; the trade-off is the physical pressure of an in-ear fit which some find uncomfortable over long periods.
• Best For: The Monster pick is ideal for the vlogger who needs to hear traffic and ambient sound, while the LAISANIM pick suits the athlete or studio enthusiast who wants isolation and deep bass.
The Monster Open Free AC100 is engineered specifically for those who refuse to sacrifice situational awareness for music quality. Its defining feature is the open-ear architecture, which utilizes air conduction technology to deliver sound without inserting anything into the ear canal. This design ensures that even after listening for six continuous hours, your ears do not feel sore, painful, or blocked. For a content creator filming vlogs outdoors, this is not just a comfort feature; it is a safety necessity. You can monitor the world around you—listening for approaching vehicles, cyclists, or sirens—while still enjoying your music or recording clear audio.
Audio performance here relies on 16mm large dynamic drivers that create an expansive soundstage. While these are open-ear headphones, they manage to deliver deep bass and crisp highs through directional acoustics. More importantly for a vlogger, the device features built-in AI noise-canceling technology paired with dual microphones. This system actively monitors environmental sounds and produces an opposite signal to reduce background noise during calls or recordings. In a bustling café or a windy street corner, this adaptive noise cancellation filters out up to 99% of ambient interference, ensuring your voice remains crystal clear while your music stays rich.

However, this product is not for everyone. If you require silence to focus on a podcast in a noisy gym, or if you need the bass to be so overpowering that you cannot hear the person next to you, this model will likely disappoint. The open design means there is no passive noise isolation; you will hear everything happening around you. Additionally, the battery life offers six hours on a single charge, which extends to 30 hours with the charging case, making it reliable for a full day of shooting but requiring a recharge if you plan on marathon editing sessions without access to power.
The LAISANIM Sports Earphones are built for the user who prioritizes a locked-in fit and high-fidelity audio isolation. Unlike the open-ear alternative, these utilize a traditional in-ear design with ergonomic tips that seal against the ear canal. If you are someone who listens to music at higher volumes to drown out the noise of a treadmill or a crowded subway, the in-ear form factor is essential. The IPX7 rating guarantees protection against sweat and rain splash, making them robust enough for the most intense training sessions where moisture levels spike rapidly.
What truly sets this pair apart for tech-savvy users is the inclusion of Bluetooth 6.0 and a dedicated companion app. While many competitors stick to older Bluetooth versions, LAISANIM pushes forward with a version that promises lower latency and a more stable connection up to 10 meters. Through the app, you gain granular control over your audio experience. You can adjust the equalizer to boost specific frequencies, customize the watch face on the charging bin, and even use features like remote photography or "find my earbuds." These 10+ smart functions transform the earbuds from simple playback devices into a personalized audio hub.
That said, the in-ear design comes with inherent limitations regarding comfort for extended wear. Some users find that the constant pressure of the ear tip causes fatigue after several hours, a sensation that does not occur with the open-air design of the Monster. Furthermore, while the microphone handles hands-free calling well, the lack of explicit AI noise-canceling technology mentioned in the specs suggests it may struggle more than the Monster in extremely loud environments compared to its adaptive counterpart. If you are looking for the best headphone for vlogging in quiet studios or controlled environments, this is a strong contender, but the physical fit requires you to prioritize seal over ambient awareness.
• Best for Situational Awareness → Monster Open Free AC100: The open-ear design allows you to hear traffic and surroundings, a critical feature for outdoor vlogging and running safely.
• Best for Noise Isolation → LAISANIM Sports Earphones: The in-ear seal blocks out external distractions, offering a more immersive listening experience for music and focused work.
• Best for Audio Customization → LAISANIM Sports Earphones: Only the LAISANIM unit offers a companion app for EQ adjustments, language switching, and wallpaper customization.
• Best for Call Clarity in Wind → Monster Open Free AC100: The dedicated AI noise-canceling technology and dual mics are explicitly designed to filter out up to 99% of ambient noise.
• Best for Durability in Sweat → LAISANIM Sports Earphones: With an IPX7 rating, these are certified to withstand heavy sweating and rain better than standard water-resistant models.
• Best Battery Longevity (Per Charge) → Tie: Both products offer a solid 6 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge before needing a top-up.
• Best Connection Speed → LAISANIM Sports Earphones: Bluetooth 6.0 theoretically offers faster transfer speeds and lower latency than the Bluetooth 5.3 found in the Monster.
• Best for All-Day Comfort → Monster Open Free AC100: The air-conduction design prevents ear canal fatigue, making it superior for wearing all day without discomfort.
In my opinion, if you are strictly looking for the best bluetooth headset for vlogging, the Monster Open Free AC100 is the winner. The combination of the open-ear safety design and the AI-driven noise cancellation makes it uniquely suited for capturing video in real-world environments where you need to hear your own voice clearly while staying safe on the road. The ability to maintain awareness of your surroundings while producing high-quality audio is a rare balance, and the AC100 hits that mark perfectly. However, if your primary goal is volume limiting sports earbuds for vlogging in a gym or a studio setting where isolation is key, the LAISANIM Sports Earphones with their Bluetooth 6.0 and app control offer a more customizable and secure fit. I would buy the Monster for outdoor adventures and the LAISANIM for indoor intensity.
Yes, both models support clear communication, but the Monster Open Free AC100 includes specific AI noise-canceling technology designed to filter background noise for clearer video audio.
No, the Monster headphones rely on native touch controls and Bluetooth 5.3 pairing, whereas the LAISANIM Sports Earphones require a companion app for advanced features like EQ and wallpaper changes.
The Monster Open Free AC100 is safer because its open-ear design lets you hear traffic and pedestrians, whereas the in-ear LAISANIM model isolates you from your environment.
Both devices provide 6 hours of continuous playback on a single charge and extend to a total of 30 hours when used with their respective charging cases.
