After meeting at the Bethlehem Central High School Track at 2 PM all athletes will move to the start line, at the beginning of the service road in between the school and the tennis courts. After the run begins athletes will run to the first station, at each station there will be a halloween themed workout activity to complete, once completed the athlete will receive a candy or prize. Then the athlete can repeat this until they complete the whole loop around the high school athletic fields and finish all the stations. The loop will end back at the track where there will be a celebration area. The loop is under a mile long with a station around every 100-200 meters(exact length coming soon). Athletes can hangout with friends, show off their costumes and participate in games. There will be a prize for the best costume!! If the athlete would like to go through the loop again they may. Parents may also run with an athlete, please indicate this on the sign up form- If a parent does not want to run with their child they may wait at the track, which is where the loop ends. Remember the Monster Mash Dash isn't a race, any pace from walking to sprinting is allowed!
