In September, students elected peers who were approachable, open-eared, and compassionate for Hope Squad, a group dedicated to mental health support and suicide prevention in our community. And now, after months of training and brainstorming, we are here to bring back an event like no other: Hope Week!
From April 28th to May 2nd, Hope Squad members will hold unique events each day around the school. The mission is to spread awareness not only of suicide, but of the importance of mental health and encouraging ways to help those who are struggling. See the schedule below, and make sure to wear what you can each day and check out each respective activity outside the cafeteria to support our cause!
Together, let’s make this week great!
