What next?

So you just placed your order, now what?

Once we receive your completed order form we will send you an email to your Paypal provided email letting you know we will begin your monogram order. Following this after 1 business day we will begin creating your custom order. Orders will be shipped in the following 1-2 business days. After your order is shipped we will then email you again at your Paypal provided email informing you that your order was shipped and with any additional shipping/tracking information.

*Please note that we will not begin making your order until payment is confirmed, this could delay your speed of delivery so be sure to pay for your order.*

Shipping:

*I ship daily Monday through Friday.

*Shipping price shown is for postage, and packaging materials.

**Shipping address**

• I print shipping labels though PayPal so be sure you have the correct shipping address when you place your order to avoid any problems. If you want your package shipped to a different address please make sure you add that in the "notes to seller". Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. If package is returned to me, you will have to pay additional shipping fees to have it redelivered to a new address.

****Domestic Orders****

• I do not control how long the Post Office takes to deliver your package- They do not give guarantee delivery times – they only give estimates. Domestic Priority Mail is estimated to have a 2-3 day delivery time. Domestic First Class mail is estimated at 3-5 day.

****I will gladly give you a refund if the mistake is mine, otherwise I do not offer refunds. Please send me a picture of the piece, as I need proof that I messed up. We do not give refunds or replace any items after 30 days of the delivery date****

*Expedited production may be available. Please note this on the order form.

***Please note about our decals regarding phone cases: if you use your phone a lot or rub it against things, the wear of the decal can occur faster. We suggest putting it under a clear case or putting it in a spot that you don't touch as often. Also, vinyl does not like to stick to rubber, silicon or PCU cases. If you have one of these, it will not stick to your case, if it does stick it may not last long.**
