If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

Mono Widget is a simple, clean, and transparent widget application designed to help users:
Display minimal and aesthetic widgets
Customize widget appearance
View essential information such as time, date, or system-related data
The App focuses on simplicity, clarity, and performance.
Important:
Widget appearance and updates depend on system limitations and may not always update in real time.
Mono Widget offers the following purchase options:
Monthly Subscription: $3.99 per month
Lifetime Purchase: $12.99 (one-time payment for lifetime access)
Prices may vary depending on region and App Store policies.
Some subscription plans may include a free trial.
If not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription
Your Apple ID account will be charged after the trial period
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Subscriptions and purchases can be managed through your App Store account settings.
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
Winner Birds does not process refunds directly.
By using the App, you agree that:
You are at least 4 years old
You will use the App responsibly
You agree not to:
Misuse or exploit the App
Attempt to bypass system or payment mechanisms
Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
Share, resell, or distribute your subscription
Mono Widget does not collect, store, or process any personal or non-personal user data.
All widget functionality runs locally on your device.
No user data is transmitted to external servers.

By using Mono Widget:
Widgets rely on system-provided data and configurations
Displayed information may vary based on device behavior
Winner Birds is not responsible for inaccuracies or unexpected widget behavior
All rights, content, design, and software related to Mono Widget are owned by Winner Birds or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
Continuous availability
Real-time widget updates
Error-free performance
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Winner Birds is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months
You may stop using the App at any time.
Winner Birds may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
Mono Widget does not rely on third-party data processing services.
However, the App operates within Apple’s ecosystem, and certain system-level services may be provided by Apple.
Winner Birds is not responsible for their:
Availability
Accuracy
Performance
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and Apple’s Standard EULA.
