By downloading or using Mono Dice (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Mono Dice is a simple dice rolling app designed to provide quick and easy random dice results through a clean and minimal interface. The App may include features such as:
Manual dice rolling
Auto-roll mode
Sound on/off controls
Theme or appearance options
Simple settings and app preference management
Optional pro features, ads, export, or share functions (if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
Mono Dice is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access (for ads, billing, analytics, or optional remote content)
Audio-related device features (for sound playback or sound controls, if enabled)
Notification access (if the App provides alerts or related system notifications)
Storage or media-related access only if save, export, screenshot, or share features are provided
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any screenshots, exports, copied content, or shared content you choose to create or store through the App.
Mono Dice is provided as a general entertainment and utility app for convenience only. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that dice roll animations, random results, sound playback, settings behavior, or saved preferences will always function perfectly on all devices or in all environments.
Results may vary depending on device performance, operating system behavior, animation timing, system resource limits, or other technical conditions.
The App is not intended for gambling, betting, legal certification, regulated gaming, or any safety-critical use. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for any decisions, losses, disputes, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the App’s random results or related features.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of local settings, saved preferences, cached data, or app state due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any inaccuracies, animation issues, randomization behavior, sound failures, export failures, or app interruptions
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, performance improvements, or design updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
