3. Use of Photo Data

Photographs collected through MonMang serve two primary purposes:

1. To verify that survey activities are genuinely conducted in mangrove forests.

2. To analyze mangrove canopy density. Specifically, a portion of the photo data is processed to estimate the canopy density of mangrove forests as part of the survey methodology.

Photos are not used for purposes unrelated to mangrove survey documentation and scientific analysis.

4. Data Ownership

All data entered, uploaded, or collected by users through MonMang remains the exclusive property of the respective user.

The developer of MonMang does not claim ownership of any user-generated data.

Furthermore, the developer does not have the right to:

• Modify user data;

• Distribute or share user data;

• Delete user data; or

• Use user data for purposes beyond supporting the intended functionality of the application,

unless explicitly authorized by the user or required by applicable law.

5. Data Security

MonMang implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
