This privacy policy applies to the Monkos LAB app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Alex Wilson (the individual developer) and published under the names Psycho-Productions and Psycho Squad (collectively, the “Service Provider”), all of which refer to the same person. This service is provided “AS IS”
Data Controller for Meta Horizon User Data:
The legal entity responsible for all Meta Horizon User Data and/or Device User Data shared with the Application is Psycho-Productions. Alex Wilson is recognized as the main creator and lead developer of the Application and is involved in managing user data under the direction of Psycho-Productions.
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information. Any information collected will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

Meta Horizon Data:
All data collected from Meta Horizon features or shared through permissions is controlled by Psycho-Productions as the data controller. Alex Wilson, as the lead developer, is responsible for ensuring this data is handled according to Meta Horizon Developer Data Use Policy.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the app marketplace.
The Service Provider retains User Provided data for as long as the Application is used, and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of personal data, contact Awilson15610@gmail.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact the Service Provider at Awilson15610@gmail.com to request deletion.
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect collected information.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
