1.2 Voice Chat Data: To enable voice communication in the game, Monkey World uses voice chat functionality. We do not record your voice chat sessions.

1.3 PlayFab Data: Monkey World integrates with PlayFab, a third-party service, to enhance game features and provide seamless gameplay. PlayFab may collect and process data, such as your general location and IP address, this is so if you fail to comply with the game's TOS/Rules, it is possible for us to ban your IP address. However, Monkey World does not intend to use this data for any harmful purposes.

1.4 Usage Data: Monkey World may collect anonymous usage data, including gameplay statistics, session duration, and interactions within the game. This information helps us analyze and enhance the game's performance and features.

1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies: Monkey World may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your gaming experience, remember your preferences, and analyze how you interact with the game. These technologies do not collect personally identifiable information.

1.6 How to delete your data: The data we collect is stored on Playfab, and there is no way for you to manually delete your data. If you would like your personal data removed from the database, please contact our email, monkeyworldvirtualreality@gmail.com, and ask to have your data removed. Please send your in-game username and comply with what we tell you in order to make sure you are who you say you are.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Providing Services: We use your account information to enable you to access and use Monkey World, including gameplay, voice chat, and other features.

2.2 Voice Chat: We at Monkey World have no access to your voice recording sessions, but if someone records your audio using Meta's built-in recording software, we are not liable.

2.3 Improving Gameplay: Usage data and anonymized analytics help us understand player preferences and improve the quality of Monkey World.

2.4 Legal Obligations: In certain situations, we may be required to process and share your information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights, property, or safety.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Account Settings: It is possible for you to update your name within Monkey World's in-game computer. However, it is not possible to change certain things. For example, you cannot change your Playfab ID.

4.2 Voice Chat: If you do not want your voice to be recorded, upon initial startup, disable voice chat permissions. There may be an option to chose in-game if you want to have voice chat enabled in the future.

5.Security

Monkey World takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Monkey World is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete the information promptly.

Monkey World may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the game's features or applicable laws. We will notify you of any significant updates by posting the revised policy through our Discord server and/or Monkey World.
