Spirit Games LLC ("Spirit Games," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, shared, and retained when you use Monkey Jumpers VR ("MJVR," the "Game") and its associated services.

This policy applies to information processed through MJVR and its related online features. Third-party platforms and services may also process information under their own privacy policies.

The information processed depends on the features you use and the services enabled in the Game.

Player and account information

This may include your in-game username, platform or player identifiers, and information associated with your player account.

Gameplay and progression data

Technical and network information

IP addresses and other technical information may be processed by network and service providers to establish connections, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. We do not promise that IP addresses are never processed or stored by third-party providers.

We do not intentionally display your private account credentials or private contact information to other players through ordinary gameplay. Your in-game username and other gameplay information may be visible to other players depending on the features you use.

Moderation and security information

Where applicable, we may process player reports, reported usernames or identifiers, evidence submitted with reports, enforcement records, and information used to investigate cheating, harassment, exploitation, or security incidents.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may process the information you provide, such as your message, contact details, player identifier, and relevant information needed to respond to your request.

We do not intentionally request your home address for ordinary gameplay. However, you should not assume that no information could indirectly reveal your location through technical data or information you voluntarily disclose.

3. Third-Party Services

MJVR may use the following providers, depending on the features enabled in the Game:

• Meta: Meta services may support platform functionality, authentication, and other Quest-related features. Meta may process information under its own policies and terms.

• Photon: Photon services may support multiplayer networking, matchmaking, and voice communication. Network and connection information may be processed as necessary to provide these services.

• PlayFab: PlayFab may support player authentication, saved progression, player statistics, virtual currency data, and other backend functionality.

Other providers may be used where necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or distribute the Game.

These providers process information according to their respective services, configurations, and applicable terms. Their processing practices may change, so consult the providers' current privacy documentation for further details.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information, as applicable, to:

• Provide and maintain MJVR and its online features.

• Authenticate players and associate game data with player identifiers.

• Save progression, ranks, virtual currency, cosmetics, and other gameplay information.

• Operate multiplayer sessions and voice features.

• Detect cheating, investigate reports, prevent fraud, and enforce game rules.

• Diagnose technical issues and improve stability, compatibility, and performance.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers as part of our stated practices. We do not promise that information is never shared with third-party providers; certain sharing is necessary for online gameplay and service operation.

The MJVR game client does not necessarily use the same technologies as a website.

We do not intentionally use cookies in the Game client unless a particular component or integration requires them. Third-party websites, support pages, or platform services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

If our website or services begin using additional tracking technologies, we will update this policy as appropriate and provide any notices or choices required by law.

7. Data Retention

Uninstalling MJVR removes the local game installation but does not necessarily delete information stored on servers or by third-party services.

Please provide enough information to help us identify the relevant player data. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We will review requests and respond in accordance with applicable law. Deleting certain data may affect your ability to access saved progression, ranks, currency, or other online features. Where third-party services store relevant information, additional steps may be necessary to address that data.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to our circumstances to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No online service or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and security practices of third-party providers are subject to their own systems and policies.

MJVR is intended for users who meet the applicable age requirements of the Game and the platforms through which it is distributed.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where collection is prohibited by applicable law. Where additional parental consent or other safeguards are legally required, those requirements must be followed.
