Monkey Hub Terms Of  Service

Axis Creative – Terms of Service (TOS)
Effective Date: January 5, 2026

By accessing or using Monkey Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use Monkey Hub.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Axis Creative,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Axis Creative, the developer and operator of Monkey Hub.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Monkey Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates. Axis Creative may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of Monkey Hub constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Monkey Hub. By using Monkey Hub, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
  
  

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  
  

• Axis Creative is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
  
  

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
  
  

• Use cheats, bots, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
  
  

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Monkey Hub
  
  

• Engage in illegal activities via Monkey Hub
  
  

Axis Creative may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.

5. Purchases, Refunds, and Virtual Items

• All in-game purchases in Monkey Hub are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
  
  

• Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  
  

• Axis Creative reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items without compensation or prior notice.
  
  

Discontinuation of Service:
Axis Creative may, at its sole discretion, discontinue or shut down Monkey Hub or any part of the service at any time. Players may not be entitled to refunds for any purchases made. Furthermore, purchases, virtual items, or content from Monkey Hub may not carry over to, or be granted in, any future remakes, sequels, or related games.

6. License Restrictions and Use of Monkey Hub Files

The rights granted to you under these Terms are subject to the following restrictions. You shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or otherwise transmit Monkey Hub or any part of it, except through official channels explicitly authorized by Axis Creative (e.g., Meta platforms)
  
  

• License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, publish, host, exploit, or otherwise make Monkey Hub, or any features or functionality of Monkey Hub, available to any third party
  
  

• Modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works, or make improvements to Monkey Hub or any part thereof
  
  

• Disassemble, decode, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code or assets of Monkey Hub
  
  

• Access Monkey Hub to develop a competing or similar product, game, or service
  
  

• Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any intellectual property notices from Monkey Hub
  
  

• Bypass, disable, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with any copy protection, rights management, or security features embedded in Monkey Hub
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in Monkey Hub are owned by Axis Creative or its licensors. You may not use any intellectual property without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Monkey Hub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Axis Creative is not liable for any damages, including lost profits, data loss, or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Monkey Hub.
Updates, modifications, or discontinuation of features may occur without notice.

9. Termination

Axis Creative may suspend or terminate your access to Monkey Hub at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason. Termination does not obligate Axis Creative to provide refunds or grant access to purchased items in future versions of Monkey Hub.

10. Privacy, User Data, and Account Deletion

Axis Creative respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws and platform requirements.

Data Collection
Monkey Hub may collect limited user data necessary to operate the service, including platform-provided user identifiers, in-game usernames, gameplay data, and moderation or enforcement records. Axis Creative does not sell user data.

Account and Data Deletion Requests
All users, regardless of region, may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

No fee is required to request or process data deletion.

Exceptions and Retention
Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms. Any retained data will be limited to what is strictly necessary.

Effect of Deletion
Data deletion may result in permanent loss of access to Monkey Hub, including account progress, virtual items, and purchases. Deleted data cannot be restored.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
