When Monkey Hub is accessed through Meta Horizon–supported devices, we may collect and process Meta Horizon User Data and Meta Device User Data, including platform-generated user IDs, device type, operating system information, entitlement status, and system-level performance and diagnostic data.
This data is used solely to operate the Game, verify ownership, maintain platform compatibility, ensure security, and comply with Meta platform requirements.

Operate, maintain, and improve Monkey Hub
Enable gameplay features and multiplayer functionality

Detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues

We use the following third-party service providers to operate and support Monkey Hub. These entities process data on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection laws:
PlayFab (Microsoft Azure) – Backend services, player accounts, progression data, leaderboards, and in-game systems.
Photon – Multiplayer networking, matchmaking, and real-time communication features.
Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Horizon / Oculus Services) – Platform authentication, entitlement verification, device functionality, and system-level services.
These providers may process data in multiple geographic regions, including the United States and the European Union.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our services, or our systems.
Certain data may be shared with VR platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc., to meet platform requirements such as moderation, entitlement verification, fraud prevention, or system integrity.
