Monketeer is a indie Virtual Reality (VR) game made by NightmanVR. Monketeer is a multiplayer horror based game, using a unique movement system called "Gorilla Locomotion" inspired by the Meta Horizon app "Gorilla Tag." Monketeer tests players skill by providing challenges to complete a horror level, while being thrilled by the creepiness of the level, and being chased by a fearful monster in each level. Monketeer does not have an update schedule, but most likely releases updates on Weekends.
Monketeer is a Virtual Reality (VR) game about horror, terror, fear, fright, and panic. Monketeer has "monsters" with AI movement scripts, and loud jumpscares. Monketeer may include loud noises, jumpscares, dark areas, and can cause panic. None of the in-game contents are real.
Monketeer has a multiplayer service called Photon VR/Photon Engine. The service asks users to allow if the game can access the users headset/connected microphone. Players may decline. If a user allows the service to use the headsets microphone, players can talk to each other, using photon room service, where photon puts the player into a public room with real users accessing the game at the same time in Realtime. Players have to access to join a private room using a 1-12 character code the player creates. Players can also report users breaking the apps TOS or Metas TOS. Players can also mute other players in the room. While muting other players prevents the user from hearing the muted player, the muted player can still hear the player who muted them.
Be kind, be respectful, no use of hate speech, no harassment, no being sexually inappropriate/making other players feel uncomfortable, no use of illegal mods (modifying the game) or cheats, and no abusing glitches in-game. Users may appeal this ban in the games Discord, provided by a button which links them to the invite link, or here; https://discord.gg/puMvb3r3m5
