Microphone and Voice Communication
MonkeGoBOOM uses your device’s microphone to enable real-time voice chat between players. This is powered by Photon Voice, a service that allows you to talk to others during gameplay. No recordings: We do not record, store, or listen to any of the audio transmitted through your microphone. Voice data is only used in real time to transmit your voice to other players in your current session. Microphone access is entirely optional and can be disabled via your device’s privacy or app settings.
Multiplayer and Network Services We use Photon PUN 2 and Photon Voice to provide multiplayer and voice chat functionality. When you connect online, Photon may collect technical data such as: Region, ping, IP address (Used to keep players banned on that IP, we do not share/publish this info.)
Room/session data Player IDs and nicknames (used for identification within sessions) This information is only used to maintain gameplay features and is not used to personally identify you outside of the game environment.
Data Collection and Usage To enhance your experience and manage gameplay, MonkeGoBOOM collects limited data, including: Device information: such as device type, operating system, and hardware stats
Play session details: such as login times, session durations, and basic gameplay metrics User IDs: for account management via PlayFab and Meta Horizon developer tools We may also have access to your Meta account-provided age, which we use only for compliance reasons (such as restricting features for users under a certain age). We do not store or share this information outside of what Meta provides during gameplay. This data is used for: Authentication and player account management Game state saving and syncing Basic analytics (e.g., number of active users) We do not collect personal data such as your name, email address, or physical location unless you explicitly provide it.
Data Storage and Third Parties We partner with trusted third-party services to run MonkeGoBOOM effectively: Photon (Exit Games) – Multiplayer networking and voice
PlayFab (Microsoft) – Player account data, backend management Meta Horizon Platform – We use your User ID to know if you/the player has purchased an in game purchasable analytic/object and possible other things through meta, that we do not have access to (if you're playing via Quest).
Your Choices and Rights We respect your control over your data. You have the following options: Microphone access: You can disable microphone permissions in your device settings at any time.

Children’s Privacy MonkeGoBOOM is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
