We all are dependent on agriculture for food, shelter,

furniture etc. Every agricultural work needs proper

irrigation. Our farmers waste thousands of working hours for this work. Moreover when soil needs emergency water it may not be possible to irrigate for the sake of many

household work or other business. Advanced Automatic

Irrigation System once installed , it would run

automatically and irrigate properly.

We often need a rescue robot at the time of collapsing buildings or structures due to earthquake or fire. I along with some of my classmates have designed a rescue robot for this purpose.

This robot can move to any six DOF. It can carry enough food as well as oxygen to the stuck people . It can break any short obstacle using its arm.

It was my first Solidworks project and learnt many effective things like accurate measurement, exact assemble, design criteria etc.

Designed and built a Double Pipe heat exchanger. It was a project assigned by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, BUET.

It is designed to decrease approximately 25 degrees of temperature. It is more efficient than a normal shell and tube heat exchanger. This project improved my knowledge about design criteria, optimization and helped me to realize the difference between a designed model and a real prototype.

It was an introductory project assigned by our department. Ansys was quite new for us then. We were asked to design a beam and analysis it for different boundary conditions and different loading.

It was a quite simple work to be done. But as it was our first project, we were excited lot to work on this simulation software.

Our main concern is to increase the efficiency of a wind turbine. So, we planned to insert a nozzle shape in front of the turbine blade which will increase the velocity of wind more effectively than before.

We selected Kutubdia in Bangladesh as our windy location. Normally we can get power from a wind turbine for 4/5 months of a year whereas using nozzle we can get more power constantly all over the year which will make a great impact in power generation of our country.
