• Computer Aided Drug & Peptide Design Training-Summer'19

This hand-training was conducted by one of the best research center in Bangladesh "The Red-Green Research Centre" from that, I acquired knowledge on how to use Gaussian software, Autodock Vina, PyMol and Discovery Studio, YASARA (For molecular Dynamics), Patch and Fire dock (For Peptide and Protein Docking).

• In-Plant Training Program

This eight days training session was arranged by Orion Pharma Ltd. in 2018. From this training, I learned Microbial Limit test, Endotoxin test, Sterility test, Environmental monitoring, Bio-assay, and Water test. This training helped me to get a position in two well-known pharmaceuticals companies in Bangladesh.

• Laboratory Safety Training

This one-day training session was conducted by the Office of Environmental Health and Safety, Kaohsiung Medical University in 2019. Mainly focused on occupational safety & health knowledge. And also provided the basic idea of potential risks and hazards in the laboratory.

• Training Course for Handling Laboratory Animals

This course was executed by Center for Laboratory Animals, Kaohsiung Medical University in 2020 that taught about animal protection rules in Taiwan, The 3R principle & basic rules and regulation of using KMU animal husbandry, management of rats and mice breeding.

• Bio- entrepreneurship workshop

It was a three-days workshop session organized by the BIO-BANGLA platform in 2018 to teach about the significance of Bio-entrepreneurship, essential bio-entrepreneurial characteristics and business model canvas. Computer Aided Drug & Peptide Design Training-Summer'19

• Virtual Summer Training on Immunoinformatics and Vaccine Designing (2020)

It was a one-month online training program hosted by the X-Genomics that contained basic immunology & vaccinology, the introduction of immunoinformatics tools, what is the epitope selection criteria, how to construct the vaccine and analyze the vaccine property also the structure & stability of vaccine, molecular dynamics simulation of the constructed vaccine.

• Bioinformatic Methods I

This course was designed by Professor Nicholas James Provart, University of Toronto that deals with NCBI databases, Blast, multiple sequence alignments, phylogenetics, selection analysis and metagenomics.

• Bioinformatic Methods II

This course was also designed by Professor Nicholas James Provart, University of Toronto that covers motif searching, protein-protein interactions, structural bioinformatics, gene expression data analysis, and cis-element predictions.
