Policies
To secure your appointment, basic contact information and a credit card are required. A non-refundable booking fee will be charged based on the selected service.
If booking in person, you may choose to pay the booking fee in cash.
Booking fees can be transferred once if you need to reschedule, as long as it's done before the cutoff time.
The booking fee will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
We recommend booking in advance, as same-day appointments are not guaranteed.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Call No-Show
To cancel or reschedule, please provide more than 24 hours' notice before your appointment. This allows me time to fill your spot.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is considered a last-minute cancellation, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
I understand that life happens, but please call or text as soon as possible if you’re unable to make it.
One no-call, no-show will be excused. If it happens again, a 20% fee of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.
Please be courteous and notify me before the cutoff time to avoid fees. Thank you for your understanding!
I strive to start appointments on time to respect everyone’s schedule. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please call me in advance to check if I can still accommodate you.
While I’ll do my best to adjust within reason, significant delays may result in cancellation, and the policy will apply.

"We do not offer refunds. If, after a thorough consultation and service, you have any concerns about the result, kindly address them before leaving the salon. We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will happily make necessary adjustments. Should you experience issues following our home maintenance suggestions (e.g., perm issues, uneven haircut), please contact us within 5 DAYS of your service appointment for a complimentary correction. However, please note that this policy doesn't apply to client remorse. If you change your mind about the agreed-upon result after the service, wanting a different outcome (e.g tighter perm, color change, more highlights.,) it'll be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly."
