Biography


Monica Giacchè is a trainer, coach and researcher.


She combines her 15-year professional experience with a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and several master’s degrees in Communication, Human Resources Management, Organization and Marketing, Philosophy and Human Sciences, Education Techniques and Flipped Classroom.


She successfully supports organizations and individuals in their development on their way towards improvement.


Her career covers different areas of organizational and academic life, and her multi-faced professional story let her gain first-hand experience of many different aspects of jobs and life.


She is an expert in vocational, experiential and outdoor training, where she manages and delivers end-to-end projects to companies and universities. Her activity includes areas such as Communication, Team Building, Team Working, Lean Production, Problem Solving, Change Management, Commercial Proactivity, Negotiation, Personnel Motivation, Integration and Corporate Identity, Self-Efficacy, Stress Management.


As a coach, she focuses on life-long learning and individual character understanding as the key elements to develop and exploit human potential at work and in private life.


As a researcher, she collaborates with Sapienza University of Rome at the Chair of Business Economics where she carries out research in Education and Training Economics.


Passionate about continuous education and innovation, she is a member of the Board of Scientists at POINTGLOBAL, where she collaborates also as a social media manager.
