I had the opportunity to present our work at Celosphere in Munich , alongside, Erin Espinosa, Arturo Castellanos , Rajiv Kohli, Rachel Porter, Agnij Mallick, Max Bergengruen and many more from Celonis focusing on the intersection of mental health and juvenile justice. We explored how process mining can improve case management in juvenile justice. Grateful to Celonis for providing the resources to make this research possible.
During times of crisis, like natural disasters or pandemics, people rely on the government to ensure their safety and the continuity of essential services. The government's ability to respond effectively to these shocks depends on how well they use their data resources and build digital resilience. Watch my presentation of my recently published manuscript in the MISQ Special Issue on Digital Resilience
Accelerating change, increasing complexity, and the unprecedented availability of data and algorithms for pattern identification have led some to argue for a reduced emphasis on theory in IS research. Watch my presentation of my recently published provocation in the MISQ Special Issue on Next-Generation Information Systems Theory
