About me

I am an associate professor in the Languages and Computer Science Department at the University of Málaga (Spain). I received my MSc. degree in Computer Science in 1998 from the University of Málaga and my PhD in 2004 from the same University. Since 2019 I have been part of the management team of the Institute of Technology and Software Engineering (ITIS Software) and a research member of the CAOSD group, as part of the institute.

My main current research areas are Software Product Lines, Artificial Intelligence applied to Software Product Lines, Green Software Engineering, Management of Huge Configuration Spaces and IoT, Cyperphysical and Edge Computing Systems.
