The operator of Mongi Walk (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) values the privacy of Mongi Walk users and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Mongi Walk does not require account registration and does not directly collect information such as names or phone numbers. However, the following information may be processed to provide app features:
• Step count data from the Health app
• Motion and fitness information used to determine walking activity
• Photos taken or selected by the user and notes written by the user
• User-created outfits and backgrounds, purchased or owned items, equipped items, and app settings
• Approximate location based on IP address, device information, advertising activity, error data, and performance information that may be processed during ad delivery
• The user’s email address and inquiry details when contacting support
The information is processed only for the following purposes:
• Calculating daily steps, walking records, and pawprint rewards
• Displaying Mongi’s walking animations
• Saving walking photos and customization creations
• Restoring and synchronizing purchased or owned items and customization data across devices
• Providing banner advertisements and rewarded advertisements
• Resolving errors and responding to user inquiries
Step count data from the Health app and motion information are not used for personalized advertising and are not provided to advertising companies such as Google.
Mongi Walk only reads data from the Health app and does not store, modify, or write information to the Health app.
Walking photos, notes, and detailed step records are stored on the user’s device. They are generally retained when the app is updated, but they may not be recoverable if the app is deleted or the device is changed.
User-created outfits and backgrounds, purchased or owned items, equipped items, and related data may be stored in the user’s private CloudKit database when iCloud is available. This data may be synchronized between iPhones and iPads using the same Apple Account.
When iCloud is unavailable, the data is stored only on the device. Data synchronized with iCloud may remain after the app is deleted and may be restored when the app is reinstalled.
Mongi Walk uses Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform to provide non-personalized advertisements and advertising privacy controls.
For ad delivery, frequency capping, statistics, fraud prevention, and error analysis, Google may process device information, approximate location based on IP address, advertising activity, and diagnostic information.
The retention period and processing methods for this information are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Photos taken or selected by the user, notes, and customization creations are shared through the iOS sharing feature only when the user directly selects the share button.
The content is then delivered only to the app or person selected by the user.
Mongi Walk does not currently publish users’ photos, step counts, or customization creations publicly.
• Walking photos and notes are deleted when the user deletes them within the app or deletes the app.
• Data stored on the device may be deleted when the app is deleted.
• iCloud data may be retained until the user deletes the relevant content or removes the app data from iCloud storage.
• Advertising-related information may be retained for the period specified in Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Inquiry information is deleted without undue delay after the inquiry has been resolved. However, it may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
Users may grant or revoke access to Health, Motion & Fitness, and Camera permissions at any time through the Settings app on their iPhone or iPad.
Users may delete photos, designs, and backgrounds within the app. Users may also disable iCloud synchronization by changing the iCloud settings on their device.
If a user denies a permission, some related features may be limited, but other features will remain available.
Mongi Walk protects information by using the iOS app sandbox, file protection features, and a private CloudKit database assigned to each user.
Mongi Walk does not sell personal information and does not use it beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
