MoneyOwn is designed to be a privacy-first, offline application.

• No Cloud Storage: We do not collect or store your financial data on any external servers.
  
  

• Local Database: All information you enter (transactions, accounts, budgets, goals, and debts/loans) is stored locally on your device using an encrypted-ready SQLite database.
  
  

• Personal Data: You may optionally provide a name and profile picture to personalize your experience. This information never leaves your device.
  
  

2. Permissions We Request

To provide a complete experience, the App may request the following permissions:

• Camera & Gallery: Used only if you choose to attach receipt images to transactions or set a profile picture.
  
  

• Internet Access: Required for displaying advertisements (AdMob) and for basic app performance monitoring.
  
  

• Biometric Authentication: If enabled by you, we use your device's fingerprint or face recognition system to secure access to the app. We do not have access to your actual biometric data.
  
  

3. Third-Party Services

The App includes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob: We use AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device-specific information (like your advertising ID) to show relevant ads.

4. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend using a screen lock and the App's built-in biometric lock feature to protect your information.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have absolute control over your data:

• View/Edit: You can view and edit any entry within the app.
  
  

• Full Deletion: You can permanently delete all your data at any time by using the "Reset Data" option in the App Settings. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
  
  

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
