MoneyOne is a personal finance application designed to help users track expenses and manage budgets.

1. Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally

MoneyOne stores all your financial data locally on your device:

• Transactions (income and expenses)

• Accounts and balances

• Budgets and savings goals

• Categories and recurring transactions

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the backup feature.

Permissions We Use

Required Permissions:

• INTERNET: Required for Pro subscription verification and optional cloud backup

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check network connectivity before sync

Optional Permissions:

• CAMERA: Only used when you scan receipts (OCR feature)

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send budget alerts and reminders

Data Collected by Third Parties

Google Play Billing:

• When you purchase a Pro subscription, Google Play processes your payment

• We receive only confirmation of your subscription status (active/inactive)

• We do NOT receive your payment information

Firebase Analytics (Optional):

• Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports

• No personal identification information is collected

• Used solely to improve app stability and performance

Google Drive (Optional):

• If you enable Google Drive backup, your data is stored in your personal Google Drive AppData folder

• We only access files created by MoneyOne

• You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings

2. How We Use Your Data

• Local Processing: All financial calculations are done on your device

• No Selling: We NEVER sell your data to third parties

• No Ads: MoneyOne contains no advertising or tracking

• No Location Tracking: We do not collect or track your location

3. Data Security

• All data is stored in encrypted SQLite database on your device

• Cloud backups (if enabled) are encrypted before upload

• No data is transmitted without your explicit consent

• We implement industry-standard security measures

4. Data Sharing

MoneyOne does not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties.

The only data sharing occurs when:

• You explicitly enable Google Drive backup (data goes to YOUR Google Drive)

• You purchase a Pro subscription (Google Play handles payment)

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data within the app

• Delete: Uninstall the app to permanently delete all local data

• Export: Export your data to CSV/PDF format

• Revoke: Disconnect Google Drive access at any time

• Opt-out: Disable analytics in app settings

6. Children's Privacy

MoneyOne is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Retention

• Local data: Retained until you delete the app or clear app data

• Cloud backups: Retained in your Google Drive until you delete them

• Analytics: Anonymous data retained for 14 months maximum

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be:
