PRIVACY POLICY – MONEY WAVE
Money Wave is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We respect your privacy and only process data in a transparent and secure manner.
1. OVERVIEW
Money Wave is a financial calculator app. This policy explains what information the app handles, what stays on your device, and what is shared with the third-party services we rely on.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTION
Your financial data — saved loan estimates, savings calculations, goals, reminders, and calculation history — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store this data, and we never sell it.
The app uses third-party services that collect limited technical information in order to display advertisements and deliver notifications. These are described in sections 4 and 5.
3. DATA USAGE
The numbers you enter and the results Money Wave calculates are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Technical identifiers collected by our advertising partner are used only to display and measure advertisements. They are not linked to your financial calculations, which never leave your device.
4. ADVERTISING
Money Wave displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve these ads, Google may collect and process:
• your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• your IP address and approximate, country-level location
• your device type, operating system, and language
• your interactions with ads, such as views and clicks
Google may use this information to show ads that are more relevant to
you and to measure ad performance.
YOUR CHOICES
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing
personalised advertisements, and you may change that choice at any
time from within the app.
• On iOS, you can allow or deny tracking when first asked, or later
in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in
Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Declining does not stop you from using Money Wave. You will still see
advertisements, but they will not be personalised.
PREMIUM REMOVES ADVERTISING
Money Wave Premium subscribers see no advertisements, and no
advertising identifiers are collected from them.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Money Wave uses the following services, each governed by its own
privacy policy:
• Google AdMob — advertising

• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
• Firebase Remote Config — remote app configuration
• Apple App Store and Google Play Billing — Premium purchases.
Payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google; we never
receive or store your payment details.
6. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Money Wave requests only the permissions it needs, and only when you use the feature that requires them:
• Camera — to scan QR codes. Images are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
• Notifications — to deliver the payment reminders you create.
• Photo library — only to save a QR code image when you ask for it.
• Internet — to load advertisements, exchange-rate information, and app configuration.
7. DATA SECURITY
Because your financial data stays on your device, its security depends on your device's own protections, such as a passcode or biometric lock. Data transmitted to our third-party services is encrypted in transit.
Uninstalling Money Wave permanently deletes all data stored by the
app on your device. This cannot be undone, so export anything you
want to keep first.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Money Wave is not directed at children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you
believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You can delete all data held by the app at any time by uninstalling it. You can withdraw or change your advertising consent at any time
from within the app.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to access,
correct, or delete personal data relating to you, and to object to its processing. Because your financial data never reaches us, these
requests generally concern data held by our advertising partner; contact us and we will direct you appropriately.
10. POLICY CHANGES
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the
date at the top of this page will be revised.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading or using Money Wave, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Money Wave is a calculator and simulation tool for personal finance. It estimates loan repayments, interest, savings growth, and related figures from the values you enter, and lets you save and compare
those estimates.
3. MONEY WAVE IS NOT A LENDER
This is important, so we state it plainly.
Money Wave does not lend money. We are not a bank, a credit provider, a broker, or a financial institution of any kind. The app cannot be used to apply for, request, or receive a loan, and no money can ever be sent to you through it.
Saving an estimate in the app is not a loan application. It stores a calculation on your device so you can look at it again later, nothing
more.
To obtain an actual loan, you must apply directly with a licensed financial institution in your country.

4. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
All figures shown by Money Wave are estimates for informational purposes only. They are based solely on the values you enter and may
differ from the terms a real lender or bank offers you, which can include fees, insurance, and charges the app does not model.
Money Wave is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making a financial decision.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the accuracy of the values you enter and for any decision you make. Please do not misuse the app or attempt to
interfere with its operation.
6. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
Money Wave offers optional Premium plans, which unlock unlimited saves, the full chart suite, scenario comparison, PDF export, the
financial calendar, and an ad-free experience.
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation ofpurchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least
24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account
settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them directly.
The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
7. ADVERTISEMENTS
The free version of Money Wave is supported by advertising. Some features can be unlocked for a single use by choosing to watch a
rewarded video advertisement; this is always optional and you may decline it.
We do not control which advertisements are shown and do not endorse any advertiser, product, or service appearing in them. Any dealing
you have with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Money Wave is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that
its calculations will match any particular lender's figures.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Money Wave, including financial loss
resulting from reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Money Wave, including its design, content, and code, is our property and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy,
modify, or redistribute it.
11. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
