Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the

Money Hub mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree

to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Money Hub, you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of

the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APP

Money Hub is a personal finance management application designed to help you

track and manage your financial data locally on your device. The App provides

the following features:

- Transaction tracking (income, expenses, and account transfers)

- Receipt image attachments for transactions

- Account management

- Budget planning and monitoring

- Category management for transactions

- Loan tracking and management

- Savings goals and tracking

- Commitment tracking (recurring daily and monthly obligations)

- Financial analytics (net worth overview, income/expense summaries,

spending trends, budget progress, and financial goals)

- PDF transaction report export

- Multiple profile support

- Currency and theme customization

- Data backup and restore

3. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

3.1 All financial data you enter into Money Hub — including transactions,

accounts, budgets, categories, loans, savings, commitments, and profile

information — is stored exclusively on your device using a local database.

3.2 The App does not transmit or sync your personal financial data to any

external server, cloud service, or third party.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality

of the device on which the App is installed.

3.4 You are responsible for backing up your own data. The App provides a

backup feature that exports a .fbackup file (including the local database

and any saved transaction receipt images); however, failure to use it may

result in permanent data loss if the App is uninstalled or if your device

is lost, damaged, or reset.

4. TRANSACTION RECEIPT IMAGES

4.1 The App allows you to attach receipt or document images to individual

transactions. These images are stored locally on your device in the App's

private documents directory.

4.2 Receipt images may optionally be included in a backup file. You are

responsible for securing any backup files that contain such images.

4.3 The App may request access to your device camera and photo library solely

for the purpose of capturing or selecting receipt images. This permission

is not used for any other purpose.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 You agree to use the App only for personal, lawful financial tracking

purposes.

5.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the App.

Money Hub does not verify, validate, or audit any financial figures you

record.

5.3 You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create

derivative works of the App.

5.4 You must not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or

impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of their device.

6. PROFILES

6.1 Money Hub allows you to create multiple profiles within a single device

installation. Each profile maintains its own separate set of financial

data.

6.2 You are responsible for managing and securing access to all profiles

created on your device.

7. ADVERTISING

7.1 The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner

ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, and app open ads.

7.2 Google AdMob may collect certain device and usage information to serve

relevant advertisements. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy

and Google's Ads Data Processing Terms, not by these Terms.

7.3 The developer does not control the content of advertisements served by

Google AdMob.

8. ANALYTICS AND CRASH REPORTING

8.1 The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymized

usage data such as screen views and user engagement events. This

information helps the developer understand how the App is used and improve

it over time.

8.2 The App uses Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to automatically

collect and report crash data, including device model, operating system

version, and stack traces at the time of a crash. No personal financial

data is included in crash reports.

8.3 Data collected by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics is processed

by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. The developer does

not sell this data to third parties.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and all related

content, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable

intellectual property laws.

9.2 These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. You are

granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App

on your personal device solely for personal finance management purposes.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

10.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any

kind, either express or implied.

10.2 The developer does not warrant that:

(a) the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure;

(b) any financial calculations, analytics summaries, or reports within

the App are accurate or suitable for tax, legal, or investment

purposes;

10.3 Money Hub is a personal tracking tool only. It does not constitute

financial advice, investment advice, accounting services, or any other

form of professional financial service.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall

not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or

punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11.2 This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits,

or any financial decisions made based on information displayed within

the App.

11.3 In no event shall the developer's total liability to you exceed the

amount you paid (if any) to download or use the App.

12. DATA LOSS

12.1 The developer is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from:

(a) device failure, loss, theft, or damage;

(b) accidental deletion by the user;

(d) operating system updates that affect local storage;

(e) failure to use the App's backup feature.

12.2 You are strongly encouraged to use the backup feature regularly and store

backup files (.fbackup) in a secure, separate location.

13. PRIVACY SUMMARY

13.1 Your personal financial data — transactions, accounts, budgets, savings,

loans, commitments, and profiles — remains on your device at all times

and is never transmitted to the developer's servers.

13.2 The App uses the following third-party services that may collect limited,

non-financial data:

(a) Google AdMob — for serving in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect

device identifiers and usage data to personalize ads.

(b) Firebase Analytics — for anonymized usage analytics.

13.3 The App may request the following device permissions:

(a) Storage / file access — to enable local backup and restore.

(b) Camera and photo library — to capture or select transaction receipt

images.

14. THIRD-PARTY LIBRARIES

The App makes use of open-source third-party libraries and the following

third-party services:

- Google AdMob (advertising)

- Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)

- Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

These services are provided by Google LLC and are governed by their respective

within the App are used solely to provide core functionality and do not access

or transmit your personal financial data. Their respective licenses apply to

their use within the App.

15. UPDATES AND CHANGES

15.1 The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the

App at any time without prior notice.

15.2 These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App

after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these

Terms were most recently revised.

16. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data — including the local database

and any saved transaction receipt images — will be permanently deleted unless

you have created a backup beforehand.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its

conflict of law provisions.
