Ambay Creations ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Money Tracker - Offline money manager application ("App").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, where it is stored, and how third-party services such as advertising services may process information.

1. Information You Enter Into the App

Money Tracker allows you to enter and manage financial information such as:

Income amounts
Expense amounts
Transaction categories
Payment methods
Transaction dates
Notes associated with transactions
Budgets
Custom categories
Currency and language preferences

Local Storage

The financial information you enter into Money Tracker is designed to be stored locally on your device using the App's local storage/database mechanisms.

We do not operate our own server for storing your transaction records.

Your financial records are therefore not automatically uploaded to Ambay Creations' servers.

2. Backup and Export

The App may provide features such as:

CSV export
JSON backup
Backup restoration

When you choose to create or export a backup, the resulting file or data is controlled by you.

If you share, upload, email, transfer, or otherwise provide an exported file to another person or service, that information may be processed according to the recipient's privacy policy.

We do not automatically receive your exported backup files.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Money Tracker does not require you to create an account in order to use its core expense-tracking functionality.

We do not intentionally collect through our own systems:

Your name
Your phone number
Your contacts
Your financial account passwords
Your bank login credentials
Your credit/debit card numbers
Your transaction records on our own servers
Your precise GPS location
Your photographs
Your microphone recordings

The App is designed primarily for local/offline financial management.

4. Advertising

Money Tracker may display advertisements using third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob, depending on the version and configuration of the App.

Third-party advertising providers may process certain information from your device or app interaction to:

Deliver advertisements
Measure advertising performance
Prevent fraud and abuse
Maintain advertising service security
Provide personalized or non-personalized advertising, where applicable and permitted

The information handled by advertising providers may include device, advertising, diagnostic, or interaction information as described by the relevant provider.

Google's advertising services have their own privacy practices and policies. Google requires publishers using its advertising products to disclose relevant data collection and usage practices.

5. Advertising Preferences and Consent

Where required by applicable law or Google advertising requirements, users may be presented with privacy/consent choices regarding advertising.

Depending on the user's location and applicable requirements, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Google provides privacy and consent-management tools for publishers using AdMob.

6. How We Use Information

Information handled by the App is used to provide and improve the App's functionality, including:

Recording income and expenses
Calculating balances
Generating reports
Tracking budgets
Displaying transaction history
Supporting backup and restore
Remembering app preferences
Providing advertising functionality where applicable

We do not sell your personal or financial information.

Google Play's policies prohibit the sale of personal and sensitive user data.

7. Financial Information

Money Tracker is a personal finance tracking tool.

The App may contain information that you consider financially sensitive, including income, expenses, budgets, transaction notes and spending categories.

You should never enter:

Bank passwords
UPI PINs
ATM PINs
Internet banking credentials
Credit/debit card PINs
One-time passwords (OTPs)
Authentication codes

Money Tracker is not a banking application and should not be used as a secure credential manager.

Google Play treats financial and payment information as sensitive information and requires appropriate disclosure and handling.

8. Data Sharing

Your locally stored transaction information is not intentionally shared by Ambay Creations with third parties.

However, third-party services integrated into the App, such as advertising services, may independently process information necessary to provide their services.

Any such processing is governed by the applicable third party's privacy terms and policies.

Google Play requires developers to disclose data collection and sharing performed by third-party SDKs used in an app.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

Because transaction data is primarily stored locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device, operating system, screen lock, backups, and any location where you choose to export or store backup files.

We recommend:

Using a secure device lock
Keeping Android updated
Not sharing exported backup files unnecessarily
Keeping backup files in a secure location

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Data Retention

Transaction and budget information stored locally in the App remains on your device until you:

Delete individual records
Delete relevant app data
Uninstall the App
Reset or otherwise remove the stored App data

Backup/export files created by you may remain wherever you choose to store or share them.

We do not maintain a central Ambay Creations database containing your locally stored transaction history.

11. Data Deletion

Because core financial records are stored locally on your device, you can generally remove them by using the App's available deletion functionality or by clearing the App's data/uninstalling the App.

If you have created exported CSV or JSON backup files, you must delete those files from the locations where you stored them.

12. Children's Privacy

Money Tracker is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services and SDKs for purposes such as advertising, app functionality, security, or diagnostics.
