Money Manager: Expense Tracker is designed to work offline. Your finance entries are stored locally on your device.

1. Data You Enter

• Transactions, categories, currency settings, and other app data are saved on your device.

• We do not require sign-in, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or address.

2. Data Collected Automatically (Firebase)
   This app uses:

• Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)

• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

Firebase Analytics may collect information such as:

• App interactions (for example: screens viewed, buttons tapped, feature usage)

• Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, region)

• Approximate location derived from IP (country/region level)

• Identifiers used for analytics measurement (for example: app instance identifiers)

Firebase Crashlytics may collect information such as:

• Crash logs, stack traces, and diagnostic details to help us fix issues

• Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version)

• Events leading up to a crash (to improve stability)

We use this data to:

• Understand how the app is used

• Improve features and usability

• Fix crashes and improve performance

3. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your expense amounts, transaction details, categories, notes, or exported CSV files through Firebase by default.

• We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account numbers, passwords, health data, or government IDs).

4. Tracking

• We do not use your data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

• We do not sell your personal data.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

• Analytics and crash data is processed by Google Firebase as a service provider. Their handling of data is governed by their policies.

• We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Offline Storage and Data Deletion

• Your finance data is stored locally on your device.

• You can delete your data anytime using the “Clear All Data” option in the app.

• You can also remove all app data by uninstalling the app.

7. CSV Export

• If you export a CSV, the file is saved or shared by you.

• After you share it, the privacy of that file depends on the app or service you share it with.

8. Children’s Privacy
   This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy
   We may update this policy from time to time. If we update it, we will revise the Effective Date above and publish the updated version.
