You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Moneo | My Finance, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement.

Moneo | My Finance is a personal finance management tool.

• No Financial Advice: The Service provides information and organization tools only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any decisions made based on information within the app are at your own risk.

• Accuracy of Data: While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors in financial data, whether entered by you or synced from third-party institutions.

4. User Accounts

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• Responsibility: Kello Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Subscription and Payments (If Applicable)

• Billing: If you purchase a premium version of Moneo, billing will be handled through your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store provider.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purposes.

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the Service.

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data.

• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kello Solutions and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or money, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kello Solutionsis registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
