Why We Need You: The CAVE is a dedicated space in the school where we sell spirit wear during the school day and concessions after school for games/activities.
What You’ll Be Doing: This role will manage apparel and concession inventory, build out operating schedule, and coordinate CAVE volunteers.
When We Need You: School-year with more hours now as systems/processes and schedules are established.
Time Commitment: ~50 hours total

Why We Need You: The CAVE doesn’t operate without volunteers!
What You’ll Be Doing: Selling spirit wear and/or concessions. Provide great customer service and answer general questions about the Booster Club.
When We Need You: School-year. Day and evening shifts.
Time Commitment: As little or as much as you’re able. Training will be provided. Ideally we will find a core group who can volunteer on a regular basis -ie, two night shifts per month or two day shifts per month, etc.

Why We Need You: To be the liaison between your student’s clubs/activities and the Booster Club.
What You’ll Be Doing: Represent your club/activity at monthly Booster Club Meetings, act as the communication link between your club/activity and the Booster Club, submit highlights and pics to be included in the Booster Club newsletter, and help your club/activity receive a Booster Club grant!
When We Need You: Throughout the school year. Booster Club meetings are monthly. Time commitment may increase while your club/activity is in-season.
Time Commitment: ~15-20 hours total

Why We Need You: Each March, the Booster Club hosts the annual Booster Bash, a community-building fundraiser which enables us to fund grants, scholarships, and other items requested by the school. The event was held at The Dove House the last 2 years and included cocktails, dinner, dancing (band), live, and silent auctions. We raised more than $30k each year.
What You’ll Be Doing: This role will partner with our current Booster Bash Coordinator on the planning and execution of this amazing event including theme, vendor selection, event program, communications,and logistics.
When We Need You: Now! We need to start the planning for this event now to secure location and date. This role will ramp up as we get closer to the event date.
Time Commitment: ~50 hours total - fewer to start then increasing closer to the event date.

Why We Need You: It takes an army to pull off the Booster Bash, our annual fundraising event. The more we raise the more we can give!
What You’ll Be Doing: Plan and execute the fundraising portion of the Booster Bash. Last year’s event included silent auction, community donations, club/activity sponsored baskets, live auction, paddle raise, wine pull, and heads/tails. You’ll have full reign on helping us make the most of this event.
When We Need You: The bulk of this role is between January and the event (March).
