Travel fees apply depending on the distance outside the 20 km radius of Marsden Park. ($50 per 20 km)
A cashless deposit of $50 of the given price is required in order to secure your booking for events and parties.
The deposit should be paid within 1 week of your booking.
All payment details will be emailed / contacted to you within the week as well.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation.
The remaining payment will be due on the day of payment or beforehand, via card payment.
Payments are required to be given via bank transfer.
Payments are expected to be paid in full by a week after the event.
Overdue payments will incur a late payment fee of 25% the total amount owing after the week payment period, otherwise 50% after a month's time.
We will arrive to the location of the event between 10 to 30 minutes before the appointed time in order to set up.
For private functions/parties, adults will be required to provide water as well as a table and 2 chairs for set up purposes.
If the function or event requires for us to bring our own table and chairs, contact us prior to the day of the event.
