To contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Scout Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

To promote the adoption of the Outdoor Code and promote the responsible stewardship of, and use of, the environment and natural resources in our area.

To provide and support community service activities.

To assist local Scouting organizations in fundraising activities.
