MOMSnext

At MOPS, we believe Better Moms Make a Better World.

This is true during the preschool years and beyond. As mothers enter the school years, new challenges and issues arise, but the need for community and hope remains. For this reason we offer MOMSnext, a ministry for mothers of school-aged kids. Although MOMSnext meets after our MOPS group, we consider ourselves one big TRIBE.

A MOMSnext group is an open, accepting place for all mothers of school-age kids to come, just as they are, to experience authentic community, personal growth, practical help and spiritual hope. MOMSnext will encourage, equip and develop moms in the next phase of mothering.

First Presbyterian Church's MOMSnext is a cooperative program—members participate in various ways to subsidize costs and enrich the experience for everyone. All of the discussion group leaders and leadership committee members facilitating this program are volunteers with young children, just like you. We each play a crucial role in making our MOMSnext group the best it can be. As a participant you will enjoy deeper friendships with your fellow moms and a sense of accomplishment and contribution.

Membership is only $31.95, and we will collect the balance of $33.05 at the door, in September!
