Cassidy had been working to find the elusive unicorn that is “balance in motherhood” for 15 years but kept feeling more stress and overwhelm the more she tried. In the last few years, she finally decided that lowering the bar and saying “Good Enough” was better for her than striving for the perfect balance. Because she started to find more personal flourishing and joy through knowing what truly matters to her, she’s begun to help other women do the same. She helps them give themselves permission to feel good about lowering the womanhood bar so they can find their own personal flourishing, too. She lives in the FL panhandle with her four kids, one husband and goofy, snuggly dog.

Hi, Im Laura Moses and I connect people with nature in ways that transcend the ordinary. I own Fine Lines Landscape and Designs, an award winning, environmentally conscientious landscape company specializing in native and medicinal plants as well as fruit trees. That being said we do it all from huge natural Stone landscapes to the back yard patio and yard maintenance. Since before the establishment of Fine Lines, I've run workshops. My workshops are nature or plant based and horticulture based lectures.
In 2024 I founded The Woodland Awakenings, a transformative women’s retreat focused on reconnecting with nature, creativity, and personal growth. Through practices like silvotherapy (tree therapy), nature-inspired art, and mindful plant medicine use, we offer a safe space for healing and self-discovery. Nature events are take place across Ontario, Canada. Immerse yourself into nature like you've never thought possible.

I’m a mother, caregiver, and advocate who believes the most important relationship we nurture is the one we have with ourselves. By honouring my own needs—mind, body, and soul—I’ve discovered that self-care is the foundation of resilience and joy.
As a self-care coach, speaker and author, I’ve chosen happiness despite life’s challenges. My greatest teacher has been my lived experience as the mother of an 18-year-old neurotypical son and a 16-year-old autistic daughter with a rare genetic disease.
My mission is to change the story around caregiving, celebrating the journey and empowering family caregivers to embrace their worth and recognize their unique gifts. I support parents who feel stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted—and help them move from survival mode to a place of purpose, gratitude, and joy.
Since 2019, I’ve coached caregivers and facilitated interactive workshops that focus on managing the overwhelm and challenges, especially the sandwich generation. I often hear from parents who feel frustrated with themselves for struggling to prioritize their health, despite knowing its importance. I understand this feeling well and encourage caregivers to see it as a signal to ask for help—a nudge toward support, healing, and accountability.
I approach self-care in a liberating fashion. It’s about giving ourselves permission to take what we need without guilt or hesitation.
